  23.      size of the address buffer, and _bbbb_uuuu_ffff which points to the buffer where the
  24.      address is to be placed.  On return, the _bbbb_uuuu_ffff field of _bbbb_oooo_uuuu_nnnn_dddd_aaaa_dddd_dddd_rrrr points to
  25.      the address, if any, currently bound to _ffff_dddd, and the _llll_eeee_nnnn field specifies
  26.      the length of the address.  If the transport endpoint is in the T_UNBND
  27.      state, zero is returned in the _llll_eeee_nnnn field of _bbbb_oooo_uuuu_nnnn_dddd_aaaa_dddd_dddd_rrrr.  The _bbbb_uuuu_ffff field of
  28.      _pppp_eeee_eeee_rrrr_aaaa_dddd_dddd_rrrr points to the address, if any, currently connected to _ffff_dddd, and

  30.      endpoint is not in the T_DATAXFER state, zero is returned in the _llll_eeee_nnnn
